HE-217-B is dedicated to produce the over sized pleats on JK skirt which is larged for school uniform. The difference between ZJ-217B is the pleat depth (green line and white line) on Reverse side pleat (R side pleat in short). Maximum pleat depth on ZJ-217 is 1cm for R side and 3cm for Forward side pleat (F side in short).

HE-217-B fabric pleating machine is equipped with ball screw which is designed for the backward distance of the blade. So it can make maximum 6cm depth for both F and R side pleats.
