This is tulle and pleated on sunray skirt pleating machine which is two functions in one.

Pleat minimum height 8mm and pleat maximum height 50mm.

Paper is applied when this tulle is pleated on the pleating machine to guarantee the proper friction during folding.  “Wave” might appear on the pleated blinds if the temperaturer is over 140. Anyway, the working temperature is determinated to the fabric composition and the way how it is manufactured.
